What we collect
- Purchases: handled by Freemius (Merchant of Record). They process your name, email, billing country and payment data under their privacy policy. We receive your name, email and license info — never your card details.
- Plugin opt-in: our plugins ask permission before sending any diagnostic data (via Freemius opt-in). If you skip it, the plugin works fully without phoning home.
- Email: if you join our list we store your address to send product updates. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.
- Site: cartmend.com is a static page; we do not run advertising trackers on it.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@cartmend.com. We answer within 30 days.
Data retention
License and invoice data is kept as long as legally required for accounting. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Waitlist & marketing emails
If you join our launch waitlist or subscribe, we store your email address (submitted via Google Forms) for the sole purpose of sending you launch updates and occasional product news. We ask for your explicit consent before you submit, we never sell or share your address, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing hello@cartmend.com.
