These Terms govern your use of cartmend.com (the "Site").
1. What we offer
CartMend plugins are free WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. We are not currently selling Pro licenses or subscriptions.
2. Paid setup service
We also offer a paid checkout-rules setup service, described on /setup.html, for $149 — audit, configuration, testing and corrections, paid once via Stripe with a fiscal invoice. See our Refund Policy for the terms on that service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute or re-license Products as your own, misrepresent affiliation with CartMend, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.
4. Disclaimer & liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Always test on staging before production. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
