These Terms govern your use of cartmend.com (the "Site") and the purchase of CartMend plugins (the "Products"). By using the Site or purchasing a Product you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
CartMend sells WordPress/WooCommerce plugins. Payments, invoicing, VAT/sales-tax collection and license management are processed by Freemius, Inc. acting as Merchant of Record. Freemius' own terms apply to the payment transaction.
2. Licenses
Each Product is licensed per the EULA. In short: lifetime use of the purchased version, 1 year of updates and support included, optional renewal afterwards. WordPress plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later.
3. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute or re-license Products as your own, misrepresent affiliation with CartMend, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.
4. Disclaimer & liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Always test on staging before production. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
