Every CartMend plugin listed on this site is free, released under GPL-2.0-or-later. We are not selling Pro licenses right now, so there is nothing to buy on the plugins themselves — and nothing to refund there.
Paid setup service
The only thing we currently sell is the checkout-rules setup service described on /setup.html, for $149 — audit, configuration, testing and corrections, paid once via Stripe, with a fiscal invoice.
Full refund if we have not started the work. If the setup does not work as described and we cannot fix it in the revision round, you get a full refund.
