14-day money-back guarantee
If a CartMend plugin doesn't work as described on your store and we can't fix it for you, you get your money back — no hard feelings. Just email hello@cartmend.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the issue.
How it works
- We'll usually reply within 1 business day and try to fix the problem first — most issues are configuration and solved in one email.
- If we can't make it work for you, we issue a full refund through Freemius (the payment processor). Refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- After a refund your license key is deactivated.
What's not covered
Refund requests later than 14 days after purchase, or issues caused by heavily customized/incompatible third-party code we can't reasonably support. We'll still try to help.
